Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €150 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

All rates include VAT, utilities (water, electricity, wifi) and basic amenities.
Not included in the price:
- Final cleaning: €40 per stay (mandatory)
- Tourist tax: €2.75 per person per night (City of Antwerp)
- Security deposit: €150 (pre-authorization, released 2 days after departure)
